Neil Warnock told Wolves boss Nuno Espirito Santo to “f*** off” as the promotion clash with Cardiff boiled over.
Warnock was left fuming after his side missed TWO stoppage time penalties as they slipped to a 1-0 defeat that dealt a blow to their hopes of promotion to the Premier League.

And the Cardiff boss labelled his opposite number a disgrace for showing no respect with the way he acted at the end of the game.

“I used strong words and I meant every one of them.
“He’s got to learn that in British football you have manners, a bit of class when you’ve won a game. He’s got to learn that.”

Warnock was then told Nuno had suggested he wanted to go to his office and apologise.
But the Cardiff boss said: “I don’t think I’ll go in my office until he’s gone. I don’t want to see him tonight, I’m disappointed in him.”
The Cardiff boss watched on with anger as his opposite number and his coaching staff dashed onto the pitch in wild celebration with the rest of the Wolves side.
And by the time Nuno remembered to shake hands with his rival, he found the combative 69-year-old in no mood to welcome him.
Warnock gesticulated with his hands as he was approached by Wolves defender Conor Coady and delivered a foul-mouth tirade in his direction.
Then he turned his back on Nuno and told him where to go as he made no attempt to hide his anger at what he had just seen.
The Portuguese manager attempted to diffuse the situation by speaking to disappointed Cardiff players.
And he then tried to walk after Warnock, repeatedly calling him and making it clear he wanted to shake hands and make up.
But the Cardiff boss barely acknowledged the gesture as he applauded his home supporters, pausing only to deliver another four-letter volley at his opposite number.

The game had ended in frenetic scenes as Cardiff were awarded two penalties in stoppage time by ref Mike Dean.
Wolves had looked to have been claiming all three points thanks to a brilliant free-kick from Ruben Neves midway through the second half.
But Cardiff had the chance to salvage a vital point as Gary Madine stepped up from the spot, only to see his effort well saved by John Ruddy.

Dean blew for full-time straight after, leaving Nuno and his bench racing on to celebrate with the players and Ruddy in particular after such a dramatic finish.
That snub appeared to have been too much for Warnock to take – although his side still hold a five point advantage over Fulham in the race for automatic promotion.
